  • Our annual Beanie for Brain Cancer Campaign is our major fundraiser and makes a big difference to brain cancer patients and their families today… and into the future. We are a small foundation with an amazing network of generous helpers. The money we raise goes directly to finding a cure, better treatments and patient care. We encourage everyone to wear a beanie, any beanie and make a donation during June.

  • When you choose to hold your Beanie Day fundraiser is entirely up to you! Most Beanie days will be held throughout June, but choose a day or night that best suits you and your supporters.

  • Upon registering, you’ll create your own fundraising page and be provided with a unique URL. Share this with your friends and family so they can donate directly to your page!

  • Absolutely! Donations of $2 or more are tax deductible. Receipts are issued automatically to the donor after a donation is made through your fundraising page.

  • Schools are a great place to participate in a beanie day! Whether you get your class, year level or the whole school involved, it is easy! Register your school now.

  • Beanie Day packs will be posted out from late May and should be received within 7- 10 days. Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address for easy delivery. Your pack will include a moneybox, poster and bunting to promote your day.

  • Funds should be donated directly to your online fundraising page. You can bank all the cash into your personal account or work account. Then make a donation online with your personal or work credit card.

    Make a direct deposit into our bank account using the details on your authority to fundraise letter you received upon registration or contact us on beanie@markhughesfoundation.com.au

  • No! As much as we think you will love them, you and your supporters can wear any beanie!

  • It really helps if you sign up so we can keep in touch with you, provide resources and help you achieve your fundraising goals.
